Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AgentWebhook, a product of International Technology Management (ITM) Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at Suite C/5 Discovery Dr, North Lakes QLD 4509, Australia.

By creating an account or using AgentWebhook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

AgentWebhook is a secure, pull-based webhook relay. External services send webhook events to URLs we host. We store the events. Your applications, agents, or workflows pull events when ready and report back. We do not push events into your network.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the relay
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure
• Exceed your plan limits in a way that degrades service for other users
• Resell access to the service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and billing

Free accounts are available with limited usage. Paid plans are billed monthly via our secure payment processor. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Data handling

Webhook payloads you send through our relay are stored temporarily according to your plan's retention period. Events are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. You control retention settings in the dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, delays, or data loss. We perform maintenance as needed and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Intellectual property

AgentWebhook, its name, logo, and all related materials are the property of International Technology Management (ITM) Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of any data you transmit through the service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
