Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid plans on AgentWebhook, operated by International Technology Management (ITM) Pty Ltd.

Free plan

The free plan requires no payment and no credit card. You can use it indefinitely within the plan limits. No refund applies.

30-day money-back guarantee

All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with AgentWebhook for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at ben@businessnet.com.au and we will issue a full refund.

After 30 days

After the 30-day guarantee period, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account remains accessible on the free plan after cancellation.

Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Account deletion

If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first from the Billing page before deleting your account.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at ben@businessnet.com.au before filing a dispute with your bank. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
